1.1. The ASL Limited – Trading Division ‘Tujenge Na ASL’ Loyalty Program (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”) is designed to reward loyal customers for their continued patronage and support of ASL Limited – Trading Division outlets within Kenya.
1.2. By participating in the Program, Members have the opportunity to earn points on qualifying purchases, which can be redeemed for exclusive rewards, discounts, or other benefits offered by ASL Limited – Trading Division.
1.3. The Program is aimed at enhancing the customer experience and fostering long-term relationships between ASL Limited – Trading Division and its valued customers.
2.1. Membership in the Program is open to individuals who are residents of Kenya and are at least 18 years of age, with the exception of Employees of ASL Limited – Trading Division.
2.2. To become a Member, individuals must complete the membership registration process at any participating ASL Limited – Trading Division outlet. Registration may require providing personal information such as name, ID Number, contact details, and date of birth.
2.3. Membership in the Program is free of charge, and there are no annual or recurring membership fees.
2.4. Each Member is permitted to hold only one membership account. Membership accounts are nontransferable and cannot be shared.
2.5 Corporate / Business Account Registration
2.5.1. In the case of individuals registering for the Loyalty Program on behalf of a corporate account, additional documentation must be provided to verify the association with the corporate entity.

2.5.3. The individual registering on behalf of the corporate account must also provide their personal identification, as outlined in section 2.2.
2.5.4. Points earned through purchases made on behalf of a corporate account will be attributed to the respective corporate account and not to the individual Member.
2.5.5. Membership in the Program for corporate accounts is subject to ASL Limited – Trading Division’s approval, and the company reserves the right to deny or revoke membership for corporate accounts at its discretion.
3.1. Members of the Program have the opportunity to earn points on qualifying purchases made at any participating ASL Limited – Trading Division outlet
3.2. Points will be awarded based on the total cash invoice value spent on eligible purchases, and any prevailing changes specified by ASL Limited – Trading Division.
3.3. Points will be automatically credited to the Member’s account upon completion of a qualifying purchase. Members can view their point balance by checking their account on the ASL Limited – Trading Division systems or via sms to the short code 23914.
3.4. Points will not be awarded for purchases made using gift cards, vouchers, or any other non-cash payment methods specified by ASL Limited – Trading Division.
3.5. In the event of a return or refund of a qualifying purchase, the points earned for that transaction may be deducted from the Member’s account.
4.1. Points earned through the Program can be redeemed for rewards or benefits offered by ASL Limited – Trading Division.
4.2. Redemption options may include, but not limited to, free products or services, exclusive access to events or promotions, or other benefits as determined by ASL Limited – Trading Division.
4.3. The minimum point threshold required for redemption may vary depending on the specific reward or benefit chosen by the Member.
4.4. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, or any other monetary equivalents.
4.5. Members may redeem their points at the point of sale in any participating ASL Limited – Trading Division outlet. To redeem points, Members must present their national identification or other authorized means of identification specified by ASL Limited – Trading Division.
4.6. ASL Limited – Trading Division reserves the right to modify the redemption options, point values, or minimum thresholds at any time, and such changes will be communicated to Members through program-related communication channels.
5.1. By participating in the Program, Members consent to receive program-related communication and promotional alerts via SMS and email.
5.2. Members may opt-out of receiving such communication by contacting ASL Limited – Trading Division customer support.
6.1. The Program will be effective from January 1, 2024, to December 31 st 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the “Program Period”).
6.2. At the end of each Program Period, the Program may be renewed at the discretion of ASL Limited – Trading Division.
7.1. Member information collected during registration will be used solely for program-related purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
7.2. ASL Limited – Trading Division will take appropriate measures to ensure the security and
confidentiality of Member data.
8.1. ASL Limited – Trading Division reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.
8.2. ASL Limited – Trading Division will not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by Members arising out of or in connection with the Program.
9.1. Any disputes or complaints regarding the Program shall be resolved amicably between the Member and ASL Limited – Trading Division through good-faith negotiations.
9.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
10.1. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Member and ASL Limited – Trading Division regarding the Program.
10.2. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
11.1. Members registering on behalf of a corporate account acknowledge and agree to the following terms of use:
11.1.1. By registering on behalf of a corporate account, the individual Member certifies that they have the authority and authorization to represent the corporate entity in enrolling in the Loyalty Program.
11.1.2. The Member is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process, including but not limited to corporate identification documents and personal details. Any changes to this information must be promptly communicated to ASL Limited – Trading Division
11.1.3. Points earned through purchases made on behalf of a corporate account will be attributed to the respective corporate account, and the Member acknowledges that they do not personally own or control these points.
11.1.4. Members registering on behalf of corporate accounts agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms and Conditions. Any violation may result in the termination of the corporate account’s membership.
11.1.5. The Member shall not engage in any fraudulent activities, misuse of points, or any other behavior that violates the integrity of the Loyalty Program. ASL Limited – Trading Division reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action in case of suspected misuse.
11.1.6. ASL Limited – Trading Division reserves the right to deny or revoke membership for corporate accounts if there is evidence of misrepresentation, fraud, or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
11.1.7. Members agree to receive program-related communication and promotional alerts, including updates specific to corporate account registrations
11.1.8. Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless ASL Limited – Trading Division, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the Member’s registration on behalf of a corporate account.
By participating in the Program, Members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
